1. What subscription options do you have?

We have two monthly options: Matching Sets or Two Pairs of Underwear. Both are delivered monthly.

2. Can I add preferences to my subscription? 

You can decide between cheekys or thongs, at this time. Members can swap between subscriptions each month to grab what they prefer, or skip an order entirely if they do not like the products of that month. 

3. Is there a commitment to the subscription?

No commitment at all! Skip or Cancel at any time.

Skipping- As a monthly subscription, you have the option to skip a monthly order when needed. This can be done in your customer portal. 

Cancel- We'd hate to see you go but when you are ready to cancel you can do so with a click of a button. This can be done in your customer portal. 

*All product changes and cancelations to subscriptions must be made by the end of the month by 11:59 CST to take effect on the upcoming monthly order. No exceptions. You MUST cancel or pause in your portal, Frisky Britches team can not do this for you.*

4. How do I access my account?

At sign up, we ask you to set up an account with your email and password. Once you place your first order, an account activation email is sent. If activation of your account hasn’t happened yet, simply click the Forgot Password button below the login button.

5. When will my order ship/arrive? 

 We ship all monthly subscription orders out on the 15th of each month. Depending on your location, you can expect monthly orders to arrive between the 22nd-25th. Other orders will ship within 5 business days. Boxes are shipped the 1st and 15th of the month, depending on when you placed your order.

 6. How do I track my order?

Tracking will be sent via email once available.

 

7. How do Promos work?

The first month is discounted with our Promos or as a one-time payment discount. They are not recurring unless otherwise specified. You can access your portal here:

8. Gift Subscriptions work?

You will be prompted to input the recipients email, phone and shipping info. One you do so, write your gift message and select the date of notification, we will package the product and send it off!  

9. Is Shipping Free? 

Shipping is always free for our monthly subscription underwear & matching sets. On other products, we ship for free if you spend $75+, otherwise standard rates apply. Quarterly & Semi-annual Box subscriptions also ship free.
